Vertical strapping machine with closed frame
The automatic strapping machine with closed frame is designed for strapping of bulk products, strapping of bulk shipments(packets) or strapping of palletized shipments. This version of the strapping machine requires installation between 2 separate conveyors or modification of a continuous conveyor to recess the strapping frame of the machine. For strapping palletized shipments with this strapping machine, it is necessary to use chain conveyors along which the pallets enter the machine transversely. The control system of the strapping machine controls the movement of the consignments on the strapping conveyor at the desired point.
High quality German tape head GS41
In all automatic strapping machines of our production we install a high quality German strapping head GS41.
The ingeniously developed design of the strapping machines allows the smallest distance between pallets on the conveyor 600 mm and the application of the strapping tape with extreme accuracy to +/- 0.5 mm.

VERTICAL STRAPPER L
The VERTICAL STRAPPER L open-frame strapping machine is designed for strapping pallets without the need for autonomous feed of the machine to the individual strapping positions, using roller conveyors, along which the pallets enter the machine stored lengthwise.
VERTICAL STRAPPER L/LV
The VERTICAL STRAPPER L/LV is designed for special pallet strapping applications and maximum flexibility when integrated into the production line. The strapping machine has an open strapping frame and a travelling mechanism that allows the machine to move autonomously to the individual strapping points, thus not restricting other ongoing operations that depend on the movement of products and consignments along the conveyor line of the production line.
