Semi-automatic pallet wrapping machine Easy Wrap 2000 PB with weighing system
The Easy Wrap 2000 PB is a semi-automatic machine for wrapping palletised loads in stretch film and with a weighing system including 6 loading cells and a weight display and printer. The film tension can be regulated by mechanical brake or motor pre-stretch, slow start of the turntable by inverter, manual or automatic working cycle, possibility of adjusting the number of pallet up and down circulations. The machine is equipped with PLC and digital colour display 7,2″.
General characteristics
The Easy Wrap 2000 PB pallet wrapper has a turntable diameter of 1650 mm (standard) and can handle products with dimensions d 1000 x w 1200 x h 2200 mm with a maximum weight on the plate of 1500 kg. In addition to the possibility of adjusting the number of rotations on the bottom and top of the pallet, it is also possible to adjust the gradual start-up of the table by means of an inverter. The machine is equipped with a PLC and a 7.2 colour touch screen display which allows setting of other parameters such as carriage ascent and descent speed, photocell reading delay, cycle counter, etc.
