Thanks to the turntable with integrated rollerconveyor, the PKG DISCOVERY-A automatic wrappingmachine is ready for integration into theconveyor line ofa packing line of a dispatch warehouse or logistics centre.
For maximum packaging efficiency and to significantly reduce the time required to wrap a pallet shipment, the wrapping machine can be equipped with a double trolley for unwrapping the film.
Automatic foil insertion and termination
Fully automaticwrapping is ensured by the unit for autonomous clamping, cutting and sealing of the stretchfilm. When packing, the unit automatically adapts to the dimensions of the packed consignment.
Simple and intuitive operation
The PKG DISCOVERY-A automatic packaging machine can be controlled by the operator using a clear touch-screen control panel that is easy to understand thanks to intuitive symbols and a clear interface. Of course, there is also the possibility of interfacing with packaging lines or production lines via a data bus.
