The FRAMEWRAP 150S is a compact and highly efficient automatic horizontal wrapping machine designed specifically for wrapping narrow, long, and fragile products using stretch film. Thanks to its frame construction and high wrapping ring speed, it offers extremely fast, accurate and uniform packaging even for thin profiles.
The machine allows the packaging of products of unlimited length, making it an ideal solution for manufacturers of strips, profiles, frames, plastic and aluminum parts. The maximum height of the packaged product of up to 1200 mm provides a wide range of applications in various industrial segments.
The high ring rotation speed of up to 85 rpm ensures short packaging times while maintaining maximum film stability. The conveyor system with a load capacity of 100 kg/m and a working height of 620 mm allows for easy integration into existing production or packaging lines.
The FRAMEWRAP 150S supports stretch films of various thicknesses (23-35 microns), allowing you to optimize packaging material consumption according to the type of product and the required level of protection. Its robust construction, reliable electric motors, and low overall energy consumption make the machine an ideal solution for continuous industrial operation.
