Our team of expert specialists has developed a solution for a major German customer, Rädlinger primus line GmbH, for a challenging packaging of a flexible hose system with the necessary degree of flexibility.
WR 1050 has become part of a project that has as its main objective to improve the quality of life of the population in the city of Shanghai. The flexible hoses are delivered directly to the construction site, where they are packed using the WR 1050 mobile device built on a platform for quick and easy handling.
The packaging produces a compact package that is strong enough thanks to the application of several layers of 50 mm wide adhesive tape, yet narrow and flexible enough to be pulled into old and damaged sewage pipes in the city of the rising sun. After pulling in the approx. 2 – 4.5 km long bundle, the bundle is ruptured by the air pressure delivered to the closed pull-in hose at 1 bar. Subsequently, the function of the repaired part of the utility network is restored. We are also pleased that innovations from our company save time, the environment and improve the quality of life.
