The TP 900 model represents a technologically advanced solution for automated pallet strapping. Its new internal structure combined with an optimized design ensures high stability, reliability, and long service life even under intensive operation.
The machine is equipped with a dual-motor control system, enabling smooth operation and precise control of the entire strapping process. Structural elements such as a 3-section lifting rod and a split rotating head contribute to easier maintenance and higher operational accuracy.
Flexibility for Various Applications
The TP 900 is designed with maximum flexibility in mind. Thanks to its telescopic arm, it allows pallet strapping from a minimum height of 400 mm, significantly expanding its range of applications.
The machine supports both PP and PET straps and can handle pallet widths of up to 2 meters, making it suitable for a wide range of logistics and manufacturing environments.
Intuitive Control and Precision
A modern control panel with a large display ensures simple and clear operation. Two integrated encoders provide high precision and reliability during every strapping cycle.
The enlarged transparent strap window improves visual control of the process, enhancing both operator comfort and workplace safety.
Laser Alignment as Standard
The TP 900 comes equipped with a laser alignment system included in the standard price. This feature allows fast and precise positioning of the strapping location, reducing errors and increasing operational efficiency.
Operational Requirements
For proper operation, the TP 900 requires a compatible battery-powered strapping tool to tension and seal the strap. In practice, models such as the ITA 24 battery-powered strapping tool or ITA 25 battery-powered strapping tool are commonly used, depending on the strap type and required tension force.
